We offer free combined shipping on any other plant listings you purchase from us!  We will refund the cost of the shipping for additional plants mailed to the same address before the first order is shipped.  Free shipping includes a bubble mailer and ground shipping.  Winter shipping to temperatures below 45 degrees is a box, priority shipping, and a 72hr heatpack.  To be covered for live arrival guarantee if your local weather is below 45 degrees, you MUST purchase the winter shipping separately.

Satisfaction Guarantee:  If you are unsatisfied with your plant for any reason but does not fall under our Live Arrival Guarantee (perhaps it is too large to fit in your aquarium, you realize your fish will eat it, or it has a lot of roots and not a lot of leaves and you wanted a lot of leaves because it was a gift) - we accept returns for any reason within 7 - days.  Buyers are responsible for any loss of value if the plant does not return in the same condition as it was when it arrived.
