"EFFANBEE'S CENTENNIAL ROSE PATSY" was Effanbee's Anniversary doll commemorating 100 years (1910 - 2010). She was Doll Reader Magazine's "Doll of the Year" for 2010. She is dressed in a beautiful soft shantung ensemble that includes lace trim and fabric roses. She wears white ankle socks and black mary jane shoes. Sweet PATSY doll is a modern version of the Effanbee classic Patsy Doll of the 1940's, reimagined by doll master Robert Tonner. She has straight, chin length pale blond rooted hair with bangs. Her features are painted. Her eyes are blue.
PATSY "Centennial Rose" doll comes from a large Kansas City estate doll collection. Doll is still fastened in her original box. Never played with, never displayed. Doll is clean, no odd or smokey odors. Face has original paint intact. Protective packaging is still in place. Her outfit and stockings have no fading, stains or tears. The inside wall of the box has some tears from contact with Patsy's left hand. Please inspect photos.
